What We’re Looking For:
We’re currently accepting resumes from individuals who have:
✅ 5+ years of experience in residential architecture (commercial experience is a bonus)
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
✅ Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing
✅ Experience with building permit processes and Ontario Building Code (Parts 3, 9 & 11)
✅ Ability to coordinate with consultants (structural, mechanical, etc.)
✅ Skilled in preparing working drawings and construction documents
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Bonus points if you have:
✨ Experience with site visits and contractor coordination
✨ Familiarity with rendering tools like Lumion or Enscape
